  1. How do I become a Rewards Program member?
    1. You can download the app for Google or iPhone and register immediately from the app. This is the preferred and easiest method for joining the program.

    2. You can get a card at any participating 54th Street and then register your card online. Click here to register.
  2. Does it cost anything to become a member?
    1. No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the OurStreet Rewards program.
  3. Is the OurStreet Rewards program available at all 54th Street locations?
    1. Yes, the OurStreet Rewards program is available at all locations.
  4. If I become an OurStreet Rewards member at a 54th Street location, am I able to use it at all locations?
    1. Yes, you can use your OurStreet Rewards app or card at all locations.
  5. I lost my card.
    1. You can obtain a new card at any participating 54th Street location. You will need to provide your current card number to a staff member in store and they will transfer your personal information and rewards onto a new card. To retrieve your current card number, click here or use the "Account Login" icon above and sign in with your username and password. If you use the OurStreet Rewards app, you do not need to worry about losing a card. 
  6. I lost my card. Is there an easier option other than exchanging my card in-store?
    1. Yes, you can download the app and sign in with your current username and password. All loyalty data will appear in the app and you will see your current card number under, ‘My Account.” All actions taken in the app will affect your card. You no longer need to worry about keeping track of your card or getting a new account!
  7. I have a card but would like to sign up for the app. How do I sign up for the app and be able to keep my current visits, rewards and card history?
    1. If you currently have an unregistered OurStreet Rewards card, choose “create account” and select “I have a card,” option and follow the prompts to register your card through the app. Both card and app will be linked.
    2. If you currently have a registered OurStreet Rewards card, simply sign in with your current username and password. Both card and app will be linked.
  8. Why do I have to register my loyalty account?
    1. Registration is required in order to redeem rewards and track your account activity for available rewards. If you download the app for Android or iPhone, registration can be done directly through the app. You can also earn and track rewards directly through the app.
  9. How do I register my loyalty account?
    1. If you download the app for Android or iPhone, registration can be done directly through the app. When registering, you will be prompted to provide your email address, a username and password, personal contact information and few simple questions so we may better reward you.

    2. If you opt for a loyalty card, account registration must be completed online. Click here or use the "Register Card" icon above and enter the 19 digit account number and registration code from the back of your OurStreet Rewards card.
  10. How do I accrue visits and redeem rewards using the loyalty app?
    1. On each visit, you will need to launch your loyalty app and check in to your location. You can do this by selecting the "home," button and then "Tap to check in." You can also check in by selecting the "locations," button, choose a location and then "check in." You will then need to give your check in code to the server so they can identify the code with your check.
  11. What is my username or password? - OR - Username or password will not work.
    1. Click here to reset your username or password. A temporary username or password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. To change your username/password to something more familiar, click here to log back into your account or select the "Account Login," icon above.  Once logged in, select the "Edit your profile," option. You will be able to manage your personal information from this screen. 
  12. I forgot to check-in with my loyalty app or use my card during my visit. May I receive credit?
    1. Yes, you can receive credit as long as your total guest check is equal or greater than $7.99 and you have a receipt dated within the last 30 days. To receive credit for your visit, fill out the Contact Us form and select "Our Street Rewards Inquiry," from the drop down. Your visit point will be added within 1-2 business days. 
  13. Is there anything that I do not earn visits for?
    1. Yes. Your total guest check must be equal or greater than $7.99 in order to accrue a visit. Visits on gift card purchases or tax on your bill cannot be earned. However, purchases made with gift cards do count towards your OurStreet reward visits.
  14. How long does it take for my visit point to show up on my account?
    1. Visit points accrue once the server closes out your check with whatever form of payment you use. This could be anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours later, as some of our employees wait until the end of their shift to reconcile their till and turn in their cash due. We ask that you provide your check in code at the time of payment, as this is when the code is entered into the computer system and correlated with your specific check.
  15. Is there anything that I cannot use rewards dollars for?
    1. Yes. Reward dollars cannot be used on alcoholic purchases. There are specific laws stating when and how much alcohol can be discounted. However, guest checks with alcohol purchases only will count towards your OurStreet reward visits.
    2. Rewards and Reward dollars may be combined but they cannot be used with any other form of discount. For example, if you have a Gold Card (offered at some locations) you cannot combine this with a loyalty discount.
  16. My reward expired; can I have it added back onto my loyalty account?
    1. Once a reward expires it is no longer valid. Our rewards are put onto your card from our system with a set timeframe and expiration date.

    2. Most rewards are for 15-30 days in order to give guests an opportunity to redeem their reward.
  17. How can I check how many visits I have or any rewards available on my loyalty account?
    1. If you are an OurStreet Rewards app user, you can check your visits and rewards balance by simply logging into the app and selecting the "My Account," tab.

    2. If you are a loyalty card user, click here or use the "Account Login," icon above to check your visits and reward balance. 
  18. I checked my visits online and my visits never get past four. 
    1. Once you have accumulated 4 visits (points), your visit (points) will turn into $5.00 in Reward Dollars. The visit point balance will start over at zero. Your total visit number reflects the total number of times you have visited 54th Street.
  19. My loyalty visits did not accrue on one or more of my visits.
    1. Yes, you can receive credit as long as your total guest check is equal or greater than $7.99. To receive credit for your visit, fill out the Contact Us form and select "Our Street Rewards Inquiry," from the drop down. Your visit point will be added within 1-2 business days.You will only be contacted if we need further information.
  20. How will I be notified of new rewards?
    1. If you are an OurStreet Rewards app user, you can check available rewards by simply logging into your app. If you opted in to receive email or SMS notifications, you will receive an email/message when you receive reward dollars or gift rewards.

    2. If you are a loyalty card user, you can check your visits and rewards by clicking here or using the "Account Login," icon above. If you opted in to receive email or SMS notifications, you will receive an email/message when you receive reward dollars or gift rewards. You can also provide your card in store to your server to swipe at the service station.
  21. I need my email address updated.
    1. If you are an OurStreet Rewards app user, simply sign in to the app and select “Edit Account Information,” from the left hand navigation links through the app. You will be able to manage your personal information from this screen.

    2. If you are a loyalty card user, you will need to click here or use the "Account Login," icon above. Once logged in, Select the "Edit your profile," option. You will be able to manage your personal information from this screen.
  22. Do I need to print my rewards email?
    1. We have tried to make our Rewards Program as easy as possible for our members. There are no emails or Rewards to print. Just present your OurStreet Rewards card to your server and you will be able to earn and redeem your Reward Dollars. If you are an OurStreet Rewards app user, simply provide your server with the 4 digit code provided upon check-in.
  23. If I am an OurStreet Rewards app user, why do I have to check-in on each visit?
    1. By checking in, you are connecting your account information to our point of sale system. Upon check-in, your name and phone number will automatically be assigned to a check number. This provides you a way to earn and track points and rewards without needing a physical card.
  24. Why haven't I received my birthday reward?
    1. Birthday Rewards are added every Sunday for the upcoming week to registered members who have a birthday in that month. However, if you registered during the month of your birthday, your reward will be added the following Monday.
  25. May I apply my OurStreet Rewards Dollars to my guest check and use a Gift Reward during my visit?
    1. Yes. Guests can redeem their Reward Dollars and a Gift Reward on the same visit.
  26. Can I still earn visits if someone else in my party is paying?
    1. No. the person who is paying for the bill is the one who will earn visits for the transaction.
  27. Can more than one person use a Reward/Gift at the same table?
    1. Yes. Ask the server to split the check and if everyone has their own registered loyalty account, each person may redeem one reward per check. Each card member must pay for their own check in order to redeem rewards.
  28. What if I do not want to use my Gift Reward or Rewards Dollars during my visit?
    1. You have the choice to not redeem your Reward Dollars and accumulate multiple Reward Dollars. However, we suggest you notify your server prior to processing your payment.
  29. Who should I contact if I have problems with my loyalty account?
    1. If you are an app user, sign in to the app and in the left hand navigation, select "OurStreet Rewards Support." A 54th Street representative will get back to you within two business days.

    2. If you are a loyalty card user, fill out the Contact Us form and select “OurStreet Rewards Inquiry,” from the drop down. A 54th Street representative will get back to you within two business days.
  30. What are the program terms and conditions?
    1. Most of the terms and conditions are addressed in the FAQ's. However, please note that 54th Street reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Members would then be allowed to redeem any rewards that have already been issued. Reward Dollars and other Gift Rewards under the OurStreet Rewards Program are not redeemable for cash. Rewards and offers earned but not used by you as a result of your participation will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
