KRM Inc. proudly supports our local communities. Due to the high volume of request we’ve simplified our policy and offer four (4) buy one, get one free certificates per request. We do not offer Gift Cards or Cash donations.

Guidelines

KRM Inc. must have the following information from organizations requesting donations. This information must be submitted on the organization's official letterhead.

1. The purpose for the donation briefly summarized on 1-2 typewritten pages. The request should detail how the donations will be used.
2. Information about your organization, including proof of 501(c)(3) status and sources of funding.
3. We may also come back and ask for the organization's current Board of Directors, including their business and civic affiliations, as well as the organization's recent financial statements.

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Restrictions

KRM Inc does not support the following:

• Individuals seeking aid
• Organizations lacking proof of 501(c)(3) status
• Political organizations or candidates
• Research projects
• Travel for individuals or groups
• Capital campaigns

Because of volume, we cannot accept direct requests or inquiries by telephone.

All requests for cash or in-kind donations will be declined. It may take 7-10 days to review your request, so please allow enough time if your request is related to a specific event.
